Thoroughly enjoyed every detail about our wonderful 12 nights stay here. Magnificent location and really friendly and pleasant staff were a definite plus.- Thanks to a bus station next to the hotel, all the landmarks in Vianen were within reach.

No exercising facilities or pool. Poor location

This was our second stay and we booked luxury room with w.pool but got standard room (no w.pool). I was told that I didn't ask for specifically luxury room on the booking day(???). How would I know the exact room number to ask for? It was hard to keep the water temperature and pressure fixed; very fluctuating pressure and temp - very annoying (second floor) Overall nice comfy room, great dinner options and great breakfast (early hours) but for this price I am not sure why coffee/tea making is not available in the room? On the check out I was about the get overcharged for the canceled baby cot which was coordinated with front desk right away after check in. I think the staff all over the hotel saves/cures lots off minor issues. Overall I must say : not too bad - I would still recommend.

The location of this venue was excellent, being close to the Netherlands, and easily accessible by public transportation.

Location: the hotel was so close to the city center of Utrecht and restaurant. The breakfast was satisfactory with far more French tasting croissants then normally in Holland served and fresh bread, as example, you will not be disappointed.

Had breakfast at the restaurant here. The hotel sits in an amazing spot close to a maze, the city center, and some really nice restaurants—just what we were looking for! 🌟

To be able to hire bikes from the hotel was really nice. Quality of the rooms were brillant. large city nearby and small villages to visit. All very relaxing.

The staff were very helpful with a mistake I made in the reservation and solved the problem very professionally.

Restaurant food is expensive for what it is and was overcooked.

The location was not near the city center, but it was very easy to reach by public transport. The hotel was conveniently located in the pathway to various major centers, including Utrecht and Amsterdam. There was also a small town center nearby, which was very handy. The service was excellent, with room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry all available. We were welcomed with a drink upon arrival, and the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities. The room itself was spacious and had a sitting area, as well as garden furniture outside. The bathroom was well-equipped with free toiletries, a dryer, and an electric kettle. We also enjoyed the entertainment provided by the flat-screen TV and the cozy atmosphere created by the carpeted or parquet floor. The dining options were also great, with a restaurant offering delicious meals and the option for in-room breakfast. The bar/lounge area was a nice place to relax, and the packed lunches and special diet menus were a thoughtful touch. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The leisure facilities, including the spa & wellness center, indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, massage. We particularly enjoyed the spa center and the pool with its scenic view. Wi-Fi was available on-site, and the on-site car park made it convenient for us. The luggage storage, locker room, 24-hour reception, 24-hour security, and express check-in/-out enhanced our overall experience. The hotel also catered to our other needs, such as providing a business center, cycling opportunities, a golf course, a children's play area, a children's buffet. Even though we stayed in a pet-friendly room, we didn't encounter any issues with noise or cleanliness. this place offered great comfort, quality services, and a range of enjoyable amenities.
